At $25.00/session each athlete receives:

  • Structured training plan to increase strength, speed, and stamina.
  • Weight training instruction and coaching on proper form.
  • Mobility and recovery guidance.
  • Nutrition and supplementation guidance.

Description

Come train alongside other athletes pursuing their goals in a semi-private training environment. This in-person training is great for athletes who are in middle or high school and have little to no weight training experience. Only taking on 5 athletes at this time to ensure each athlete gets the appropriate amount of instruction and attention.
