“Working out with Coach Paige has benefited me a lot. Before I first started working out with Coach Paige I would sometimes give up when something got too hard or challenging for me, but after training with her for about two months, I usually never give up early.

Coach Paige is also helping me achieve my goals, long-term, and short-term and she does that by helping me when something gets hard and supports me and by sending me home with short journal prompts and workouts every week along with active recovery stretches for any soreness. The journal prompts are great for reflecting on your goals and what they mean for you and how you will do it.

The workouts can be challenging, but make you stronger and give you more endurance, while also helping with your discipline and self-control. Coach Paige also writes down the weights I use for sessions and it helps a lot and it’s great to see my progress. The workouts for me are challenging but help me go outside my comfort zone.

Overall I really enjoy training with Coach Paige and it benefits me a lot for sports!”
