About Darkhorse
At Darkhorse Training Co. we provide athletes with sport specific training plans that maximize their athletic potential and get them Division 1 ready. While training at a sports performance facility is always best practice, we understand that might not be accessible for everyone. So we designed a tailored in-season AND off-season training plan that your athlete can execute in ANY gym and get results. We believe in building well rounded athletes that are both physically and mentally equipped to handle whatever college athletics throws at them. We don’t just provide a training plan at Darkhorse, we provide the tools necessary for your athlete to compete at the highest level in their respective sports.

What Our Clients Say
I had an amazing experience training with Coach Paige! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and weightlifting, giving me a solid foundation and helping me improve my strength and endurance toward my goal of becoming a D1 athlete. What sets her apart is not just her expertise but also her fun and engaging approach to training; every session was challenging yet enjoyable, and her positive energy made workouts something to look forward to. Her experience as a former D1 athlete brought invaluable insights and motivation, and her emphasis on proper form and safety ensured effective progress. I highly recommend Coach Paige to anyone looking for a personal trainer!
Of all the softball coaches and players that I have trained with, Paige is by far one of the most hard working, determined, and punctual individuals out there. She is super knowledgeable not only about softball and baseball, but about how to train you to become the best version of yourself. I have looked up to Paige ever since I was little. I am fortunate to not only have been trained by her, but to have watched her train and compete- she pushes limits and has been so successful. I recommend Paige to anyone who wants to become a better athlete, she is a huge part of the reason I made it to play in Division 1!
